Realme will be announcing the Realme 8s 5G and Realme 8i smartphones on Sept. 9 in India. The company will also unleash other products like the Realme Pad, Realme Pocket Speaker, and Realme Cobble Speaker through the same unveiling event. A leaked image that lists the specifications of the Realme 8s 5G and Realme 8i is now doing rounds on social platforms. Read on to know what to expect from both the upcoming mid-range phones.
Realme 8s 5G specifications (Rumored)
The Realme 8s 5G will feature a 90Hz refresh rate supporting display and it will be debuting as the world’s first Dimensity 810 SoC powered phone. It will come in two variants such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The device will carry support for up to 13 GB of extended RAM.
It will feature a front camera of 16-megapixel and a 64-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear camera system. The device will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device will come in two colors like Universe Blue and Universe Purple.
Realme 8i specifications (Rumored)
The Realme 8i has a 120Hz display and it features an Helio G96 chipset. It is likely to arrive in two options such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The 8i will support up to 10 GB of virtual RAM.
For selfies, it has a 16-megapixel front camera. Its rear shell has a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. It also features a 5,000mAh battery and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device supports 18W charging. It will come in Space Black and Space Purple color options.
